‘Cuse my language………..but it’s bloody freezing here. The heating’s going full blast, I’ve got my layers on, and yet my fingers are still convinced that hypothermia is setting it.
However, I’m having one of my ‘normal’ days (of food, before anyone asks) and I decided to make myself a nice calorie counted omelette from the Hairy Dieters book, which I was lucky enough to be given by my mate Merrie.
They have a Minted Pea and Feta Omelette recipe in there, and if, like me, you’ve never used feta cheese in an omelette before (and let’s be honest – most of us think ‘Greek Salad’ and that’s it) then this will be a revelation to you.

I’m not sure – am I allowed to give you the recipe? I know there’s some law that I can quote for review, but I don’t want to get into trouble, and as it’s the first time I’ve made this recipe, I followed it to the letter. Perhaps you’ll have to go to the library and look it up.
